Griswold Care Pairing for St. Charles, St. Louis & Warren Counties

Our family has used Griswold for both our parents over a span of six years. We have had full time live in help for the last two years. They are very accommodating, working to find the right caregiver to match the client personalities, and the care level needs. Debbie and the office crew are always available to help with any situation, always ending your conversation with “my pleasure” and you believe it. Would definitely recommend!

Griswold Home Care was there when our family needed help with our mother. They were there every day and many nights to help in any way from the caregivers caring for my mother 24/7. Also Tom and Debbie coming to visit with my mother on her birthday's and holidays. 5 Stars isn't enough to show how important and so very qualified this group of people or business is to our and surrounding communities!!

Everyone I dealt with at Griswold was very kind, understanding, patient with the family and met every need in a very timely manner. When the time came that we needed 24/7 care, they immediately found us another person besides Ro. She didn't work out like I'd thought and I let her go the very day she started but Deb at Griswold got right on it and we had Tiffany the next day. I would definitely recommend Griswold to anyone. I would give 10 stars if I could. Dad was in the hospital for 6 months, when he came home he couldn't even walk. We went through a couple of caretakers to find the right fit so that part was rocky as dad needed a lot of care, but once we found the right ladies it was amazing! They went above and beyond! We had live-in service until dad got better and could get around on his own and then he had them come in 3-4 days a week. Debbie, Regina and Felicia were absolutely amazing!! Unfortunately after a year dad suddenly took a turn for the worse and passed away, the caretakers were there for us even after dad passed and even came to the funeral. We could not have gotten through this last year without Griswold. Everyone from the Admins and owner, to the caretakers were with us every step of the way guiding us through. Truly a blessing to have had them this past year!

When my 92 year old father was discharged from the hospital and it was determined he could no longer live alone, Griswold had 24/7 care lined up the day after he came home. That was a year ago and they haven’t missed a day or night in that time. It is comforting to know he is well taken care of when family is not around.
